In response to concerns around the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), we would like to reassure you that all of our staff are taking every necessary measure to ensure the highest level of safety hygiene standards for our customers and employees. Make no mistake, this is our highest priority.
We are closely monitoring the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation and following the advice provided by the relevant Government health departments.
To ensure we meet our customer’s needs and at the same time comply with public health guidance, we are taking precautionary steps to ensure the health and safety of our customers and staff by providing a safe and hygienic environment:
- Hand sanitizer at every station of the dealership.
- Disinfectant spray use in the dealership customer’s area
and in cars before and after every test drive. - Disinfectant wipes for hands and sanitizing surfaces:
Wipe down cars before and after test drives (steering wheels and door handles) - Maintain social distancing (1.5 metre), no handshakes during this time to minimise physical contact with others, we will organise staggered appointments to avoid unnecessary waiting times and idle proximity to others.
- Remote Transactions – we are accepting remote transactions as an alternative option to dealing in person.
- Home Test Drives – we are also happy to take our vehicles to your home or office so you can
Test Drive it. - Car Servicing – when visiting our dealerships for car servicing, our technicians will sanitise every vehicle before and after your appointment using Medimax TGA Approved Antibacterial Agents, for optimum vehicle protection.
- Employees have also been instructed to never come to work if they experience fever, Coronavirus symptoms or if they have been in contact with anyone of high-risk.
We will continue to take advice from the Department of Health to make sure we are taking all necessary steps to ensure ongoing safety.
We are still open for sales and service, however, we understand the situation is constantly changing and will endeavour to inform all the customers of any changes as soon as possible.
